Ms. Kelsey has been with TCCH since 2015. She has a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development from Fairmont State University. She began her career with us as a student teacher. She just completed her Primary Certification through CGMS in the Spring of 2022 and is now fully MACTE certified. She is a favorite of ALL of the children and has experience working in the Toddler and Primary classrooms and can truly say that the Montessori philosophy has her heart! When she is not in the classroom, she enjoys exploring nature, fishing with her boyfriend Austin, traveling the country to visit her brothers, and playing with her dog Maddie and cat, Birdie.
Ms. Dawn Woodburn
Administrative Director
Dawn has been involved with TCCH since May of 2009 when her oldest daughter, Noelle (now 14) began as a Primary student and has a great understanding of our school’s history. She was one of the original founding members of the Parent Advisory Board and served for 3 years until her youngest daughter, Ivy (now 11) enrolled in TCCH. At that time, she became a full-fledged staff member as an assistant in the Primary classroom. Ms. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Communications and Management from Western Michigan University and has also studied pre-nursing at Salem University. She earned her Primary Montessori Certificate from the North American Montessori Center in 2015. She left us in 2018 for another job, which provided her with valuable experience, but she quickly realized her heart was always at TCCH. She is thrilled to be back among you and will be handling all questions about tuition, recruitment, planning events, fielding parent questions and concerns, sharing our message with the community through fundraising, and general office duties. Because of her experience in the classroom, she can step in at any time if needed. You may also see her daughter, Noelle, around the school, as she loves to help and will be assisting some in the classroom.
